In my own understanding, customer service is important, but shipping timeframes were also a thing that we were unaware of. I sent them a contact in July, asking for more info regarding their shipping timeframes and if their products could be shipped to my home without any delays.
In my opinion, customer service was very good. The representatives did respond rapidly to my concerns and I received plenty of information regarding their products out there, their shipping guidelines and their industry leading era verification software. Read customer assessments, seek out independent review sites and be familiar with the company’s products available. Unless you know much concerning the company at all, subsequently do some homework.
